Culture of Care

Tracie Jae
The Quiet Rebel

LOVE first. Always!

Danielle Henry's keynote will speak to the importance of developing solid relationships with clients and relationships with your colleagues, direct reports, and managers. The address will present how one's culture influences interpersonal skills grounded by empathy and care, which are major cornerstones to have as an individual and an organization. There is often a cultural divide in the workplace when managers are from different backgrounds than their workers or clients. This causes misunderstandings, but a Culture of Care can bridge this gap when everyone is understood as an individual. This address will be a time to put people before policies and procedures. Danielle will provide steps that an individual and organization can take to implement a Culture of Care that can improve client and employee engagement and identify an individual or organization's purpose.
