About the Speakers

Kimberly Arndts
Chief Advancement Officer - Alumni Engagement and Stewardship
Albion College

"Kim's first career was in retail management. Launching her second career and best life in donor relations, she had her first real ""ah-ha!"" moment at an ADRP conference when she heard Tom Ahern draw the parallel between customers and donors, and she realized she could do this! She views relationship-building as foundational in our industry, and recently completed her master's in philanthropy and development. She continues to be curious about how creating optimal donor experiences can move the needle.

Kim works at her alma mater, Albion College, where she serves as Chief Advancement Officer - Alumni Engagement and Stewardship, and oversees the annual fund, donor relations and stewardship, alumni engagement, and special events.

Co-chairing the research committee, she volunteers with ADRP, and in her spare time enjoys creating in the kitchen, and researching her family tree."
