This session will focus on the critical role donors relations will provide to the stewardship of donors as institutions cease to be restricted by the COVID pandemic, and return to normal operations. We will specifically focus on the need to address unused funds, caused by COVID restrictions.

Joan Walker has worked in Donor Relations and Advancement Services for the last 10 years. Her previous life as an auditor has helped drive her take on donor relations from a technical/financial side. Joan and her family are the seventh generation to live on her family farm in Southwestern Ohio.
