About the Session

This session will focus on the process of evaluating underutilized and low-balance philanthropic funds, as well as creating action plans for efficient and effective spending. We will provide an overview of our process from start to finish and share our successes, our downfalls, and what we learned along the way. Topics will include how to evaluate underutilized funds, creating a project plan, training and working with business partners, and assisting in creating spending plans. We presented this as a webinar in October 2021 and were asked to submit for the conference. Overall, the presentation will be similar, but with some updates and modifications.
